Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wj2w login credentials. Any transaction or activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact wj2w support immediately. wj2w will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials.

Withdrawals from wj2w are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 Philippine Standard Time, Monday to Sunday). Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically processed within 1–3 business hours during the same period. Requests submitted outside business hours are processed on the next available business day.
wj2w reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting updated KYC documents, transaction history clarifications, or source of funds declarations. Failure to cooperate with verification requests may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing.
wj2w Casino may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to Members. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section. Promotional terms are published alongside each offer in the Promotions section of wj2w.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement) before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
Unless the applicable promotion explicitly permits it, bonus funds may not be used on all game types. Specific games may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. wj2w reserves the right to limit the maximum bet permitted while a bonus balance remains active in a Member's account.
Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse wj2w promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures, or employing low-risk betting patterns to circumvent wagering requirements — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. wj2w reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold withdrawals in cases of confirmed promotional abuse.
All games available on the wj2w Platform are governed by rules published by the respective game providers. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by those rules. In the event of any conflict between a game provider's rules and this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail with respect to your relationship with wj2w.
All RNG-based games available on wj2w are supplied by licensed game developers whose randomness engines are independently audited and certified. wj2w does not modify or interfere with game outcomes in any way. Live dealer games are conducted with real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to RNG mechanisms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wj2w Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and/or legal action:

Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership right, licence, or interest in any wj2w intellectual property.

Any unauthorised use of wj2w intellectual property will be subject to legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wj2w Casino shall not be liable for:
wj2w's total cumulative liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
wj2w reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any ineligible bonus funds and applicable fees) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Winnings derived from prohibited conduct will not be returned.
Members who wish to close their wj2w account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure request, wj2w will process any outstanding verified balance to the Member's payment method within 5 business days. Members who are closing their account due to gambling concerns are encouraged to also request self-exclusion from all associated platforms.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
